Demand for office spaces and the price per square metre has fallen by 30% since the start of the pandemic. The massive implementation of teleworking has accelerated the adoption of flexible working models by 5 years.

After the pandemic, hybrid working will allow less time to be spent in the office, allowing companies to rotate and reduce real estate costs, generating a surplus of office space.

For the employee, the only alternative available today is home, due to the lack of variety and the high barriers to entry in terms of cost and commitment that current office and co-working rents require.
