June 2023 - Present (Madrid & Mexico City)

Product Manager
Cobee

Cobee is the end-to-end platform for flexible and
fully automated management of employee benefit
plans in Spain, Mexico and Portugal.
I played a key role in launching and scaling the
Mexico product, reaching 15,000 users by
tailoring key features to fit local market needs, the
Mexican tax legislation & mandatory electronic
invoicing system, making it both engaging and
practical.
To drive growth in Spain, Mexico, and Portugal, I
implemented a Product-Led Growth strategy with
initiatives like free trials, referral programs, and
clearer user guidance. Through real-time
experimentation frameworks, we saw significant
gains in user acquisition and conversion, easing
the workload on Customer Success and Sales
teams.
After PLUXEE (Sodexo) acquired the company, I
collaborated on scaling the product 5X, ensuring
we were ready for this growth while maintaining a
strong user experience focus.

November 2021 - June 2023 (Madrid)

Design Strategist & Architect
Propelland

Propelland is a global strategy, design, and
engineering firm. Most relevant projects:
Leading the launch of an internal innovation hub
at CCEP, expanding it to four countries by
designing physical spaces and digital
environments while establishing governance and
communication strategies. Additionally, I
developed a strategic plan for Spain's leading
glass collection company to enhance recycling
rates.

The Cocktail is a consultancy firm that integrates
data, technology, business strategy, and design.
Notable projects include tokenization for Freepik,
loyalty mechanics for Merlin Properties, and
improving traceability for Repsol’s butane cylinders.

I led full flat refurbishments in Madrid, from design
and execution to construction oversight and client
delivery. I ensured projects stayed on time, within
budget, and met client expectations, delivering
modern, high-quality spaces.

Meridiano 75 was a social travel-tech initiative
designed to connect travelers with remote
